Everything below is built and included today unless it says otherwise. Planned items are listed as add-ons. The technical set-up is ours to worry about; we go through it with you during onboarding. Contact us for pricing.
At a glance
Hosting
Included in the complete solution: we host it, look after it and keep it up to date. If you already have hosting, we can set it up there instead.
Set-up
Done with you by our studio: storefront design, catalogue import, marketplace and payment connections, and training for your team.
Outside services
None required to run. Marketplaces, payments, shipping labels and email providers are connected only if you use them, with your own accounts.
Your data
In your own database. Export products, customers, orders and reports at any time, whatever the state of your licence.
Licence
A licence you own instead of renting. Your shop keeps taking orders even if a licence lapses.
Support
Plain-language help centre, guided tours inside the console, and the studio on hand when you need us.
What is included
Catalogue and inventory
One product record for every channel: photos, prices, barcodes, weights, tags and descriptions.
Variants (size, colour and more) with their own stock and barcodes.
Catalogue assist: type a name or scan a barcode and the form fills from free public product databases.
Bulk catalogue builder, CSV import and export, and duplicate detection.
A listing-health score that shows what is missing before anything is published.
An append-only stock ledger: every change is recorded with who, when and why.
Stock locations and warehouses
Your own storage plus as many extra locations as you need: a back room, a second shop, a rented unit or a warehouse.
Separate stock pools for Amazon warehouses (FBA) and Walmart warehouses (WFS), read from those marketplaces.
Transfers between locations with stock in transit, partial receiving and shortfalls recorded.
Stock-by-location report with CSV export, and a "where is the stock" panel on every product.
Fulfilment chosen per product and per channel: shipped by you, by FBA or by WFS.
Marketplaces and channels
One-tap Connect where a marketplace has a public seller sign-in, a key you paste once where it does not, and the marketplace's own bulk-upload file as a fallback while approvals are pending.
Publishing with a preview of exactly what each marketplace will receive, and price rules per channel.
Order import from every connected channel into one orders desk.
Stock pushed to every channel after each sale, return or adjustment.
Tracking numbers sent back to the marketplace when you ship.
Free scheduled product feeds for Facebook and Instagram Shops and Google Shopping.
A health panel per channel showing the last sync, errors and what to fix.
Sync that repairs itself
Every stock change marks the affected listings as needing an update; a queue sends them oldest first, retries a failed update up to five times, then flags it on the channel health panel for a person to look at.
Order imports can safely run again: an order is never created twice, and a later run picks up cancellations, shipments and deliveries.
Connections refresh their own access tokens before they expire.
Stock locations are reconciled so the per-location counts always add up to the total you sell from.
Sync runs every few minutes on its own, and catches up automatically if a scheduled run is ever missed.
A lock stops two syncs running over each other.
Orders, shipping and returns
One orders desk for the storefront, the register and every marketplace.
Shipping rates by weight and zone, free-shipping thresholds, faster services, local pickup and flat freight rates for large items.
Labels with barcodes, packing slips and return labels; live labels through a shipping-label service with your own account.
Delivery estimates at checkout and tracking pages for customers.
Storefront
A storefront designed for your brand by our studio, not a template. Light, fast, and built for phones first.
Search with suggestions, filters, product pages with galleries, a cart drawer and a one-page checkout.
Customer accounts, order tracking and a wish list.
Search-friendly pages, structured data and a sitemap.
Payments and tax
Stripe, PayPal and Square, written to each provider's documentation and switched on with your own provider account.
A full test mode with test cards, declines and the bank's extra security step, so you can practise before going live.
Pay at pickup, discount codes and gift cards.
Sales tax by destination state, editable by you (confirm your rates with your accountant).
Refunds from the console.
Point of sale (register)
A touch-friendly register in the browser on a tablet or computer, with barcode scanning.
Hold and resume sales, discounts, tax, cash, card and split payments.
Gift cards, loyalty points and receipts with your logo.
Voids, refunds and an end-of-day close-out with the cash count.
Register sales come from the same stock as every channel.
Card payments at the register are recorded against a separate card reader today; an integrated card terminal, an offline register and per-store registers are planned add-ons.
Growth tools
Email campaigns with seasonal and festival starters, sign-up forms with double opt-in and consent records.
Social posts planned once and scheduled to several networks.
Customer list, discount codes, loyalty and referrals, review requests.
Link-in-bio page, short links and QR codes.
Team, security and help
Roles for owner, staff and cashier, each seeing only what they need.
Sealed storage for every key and token, prepared database statements throughout, and sign-in limits.
Webhooks and API keys for automation tools.
A searchable help centre inside the console, guided tours for every area and a getting-started checklist.
Integrations
8 marketplaces and channels are built today and 43 more are planned. Every live connection uses your own account with that service.

Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say which services we connect to. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them. “Built” means the connection is written and tested in sample mode; each seller still needs their own approved account to go live.

The complete solution
Managed hosting, looked after by us
Your store on our managed hosting, on your own domain, with HTTPS.
Everything set up behind the scenes, including the email records that keep your store emails out of spam folders.
Daily backups of the database and uploaded files, with a restore whenever you need one.
Updates installed for you while your licence covers them, tested on a copy first.
Monitoring of the store and the marketplace syncs, with us looking at failures before you notice them.
Registering the marketplace and payment connections that need our app approvals.
Your storefront design, catalogue import, onboarding and a walk-through for your team.
If you ever want to move to your own hosting, we move it for you. The code and data go with you.
Prefer your own hosting? We check it with you during onboarding and set everything up there for you.
How we set you up
1
Talk and quote
We learn how you sell and send a quote for the modules, marketplaces, design and hosting you need.
2
Licence and pilot
We issue your licence and set up a private pilot on our servers with your name and colours, its own database and your owner sign-in.
3
Design and catalogue
We design your storefront and import your products, photos and stock counts. You check a sample with us.
4
Connect
You open or approve your marketplace and payment accounts; we connect them, starting with the ones that need the longest approvals. Upload files keep you selling while you wait.
5
Practise
Your team takes the guided tours, places test orders in test mode and ships them.
6
Go live
We move the pilot to its live home (our hosting or yours) on your domain, switch payments and marketplaces to live, and remove test data.
7
Look after it
Updates, backups, monitoring and help from the studio, and a thirty-day check-in.
Honest limits
Marketplace approvals belong to you. We cannot open, approve or speed up a seller account, category approval or brand approval.
Live connections are written to each provider's published documentation and tested with recorded responses; the first live listing, order and label on a new account are checked together with you.
The storefront checkout currently ships to addresses in the United States. Selling abroad needs its own tax and duty set-up.
The planned Pop Street Books add-on records and exports your numbers; it is not tax or legal advice.
Pop Street Commerce is designed and written by The Pop Street. Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Stripe, PayPal, Square and the other names and logos on these pages are trademarks of their owners; they are named only to say which services it can connect to, and none of them sponsors or endorses it. Screens show sample data.
