The check step lists every problem with the row number from your spreadsheet. A row with a problem is left out, and every other row is imported. Fix the row in your spreadsheet, save the file and check it again. You can also import what is fine now and import the fixed rows later as a second file.
Before you start #
Row numbers are the spreadsheet's own. The header is row 1 unless the file has title lines above it, and blank rows keep their numbers.
Steps #
- On the check step, read Problems. A line reads "Row 6: ..." followed by what to do.
- Open the file and go to that row.
- Fix the cell, or if the same problem repeats on many rows, go back to the columns step and choose a different column.
- Save the file, choose it again and select Check the file.
- When the list is clear or holds only rows you are happy to leave out, select Import.
