Pop Street Books and your information
The full Pop Street Books privacy notice for United States is being finalised. Until it is published, this page says what the 14-day trial collects and for how long.
What the trial collects
- Your name, street address, city, state or province, postal code and country.
- Your phone number and email address.
- The version of the trial terms you accepted and when.
- A one-way fingerprint of your network address, used only to stop abuse. We cannot turn it back into the address.
Why
- To confirm your email address, set up your trial licence and demo login, and email you about them.
- To keep to one trial for each email address and phone number.
How long we keep it
We delete a request that was never confirmed after 30 days. We delete a trial 12 months after it ends, unless you become a customer, in which case it is linked to your customer record. We never sell it.
Who else handles it
- Our hosting provider stores it on secure servers.
- Our email provider delivers our emails to you.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may check that a real person is submitting a form.
- The demo server receives your name and email address to create your demo login.
