Make the MyInvois JSON invoice and where to submit it.

# MyInvois JSON (Malaysia)

Set up. Your company: tax identification number (TIN), business registration number and the MSIC code of your activity. Each customer: TIN and registration number in their tax number and company number.

Make the file. Invoices are type 01 and credit notes type 02. Amounts use two decimals.

Where it goes. Submit the file in the MyInvois portal, through your accounting integration or through a submission service of your choice. The digital signature and the validation come from the portal side; Pop Books does not sign or submit.

When MyInvois returns a document identifier, you can keep it under References.

Pop Books makes the file. You send it. Pop Books does not connect to any tax authority, portal or Peppol access point, and it does not file anything for you. The layout notes were last reviewed in 2026-11; confirm unusual cases with your adviser or provider before you rely on a file in a new country.
