Pop Dispatch makes your paperwork on the server. You will be able to print a document, save it as a file or open it in Preview.
Before you start #
Documents need the server, so this Mac needs a connection. Set the business name, logo, address and phone in Settings, Business address. They print in the header of every document.
Steps #
- Open the record that holds the document. A Documents menu appears there:
- Tow ticket: in the call detail.
- Release form and Lien notice: in the yard record and in a private-property impound.
- Repair order: in the repair order and in the estimate.
- Invoice: in the invoice.
- Statement: on a billing account statement.
- Choose Print, Save as a file or Open in Preview.
- The server makes the document and your Mac does what you chose. Save as a file asks where to put it.
Technical details
The lien notice prints the wording saved for your business. Check that wording before you print notices.
If something goes wrong #
- The menu is greyed: the Mac is offline. It returns with the connection.
- The header misses your address: fill in Settings, Business address.
