Under the Yard list, the section Lien schedule and notice wording holds your own schedule and the wording of your notices. You will be able to set the day counts for each step and write the notice that prints from every yard record.
Before you start #
- Owners and managers save the schedule and the wording. Dispatchers and advisors can read them.
- Take the day counts from the rules that apply to your business. Your business remains responsible for them.
Steps #
- Open Yard and scroll to Lien schedule and notice wording. Open it.
- In Lien schedule, type the Name of the schedule. Fill in the day counts: First owner notice (days), Second owner notice (days), Review before sale (days) and Ready for auction (days). Days count from the day the clock starts. Leave a step empty to leave it out.
- Write where the rules come from in Where these rules come from. Select Save.
- In Lien notice wording, edit the Title and the Wording. The hint lists the merge fields you can use, such as {owner_name} and {vin}. Select Save. The page says it is saved.
- With the Pennsylvania rule set on, its two notices show here too, each with its own Save.
