Start here: from quote to going live with Stallrow
The one page to read first. How you get from a quote to a live store, what we do, what you do, and how to get help.

Welcome. This page walks you through the whole journey in plain steps, so you always know what comes next and who is doing it.
The journey
- You ask for a quote. Use the "Contact us for pricing" form on our website. We reply by email and talk through what you sell, where you sell it and how you want to run things. We quote a price made for your business.
- We agree the plan in writing. That covers your licence (Licences explained), where Stallrow will run (Hosting options), which marketplaces you want and what support includes.
- We set up your pilot. A working copy of Stallrow with your products on it, so you can try everything. See How a pilot works.
- You gather what we need. Logo, photos, policies and accounts. The list is in What we need from you.
- You try it. Add a few products, place test orders, let your staff practise. Nothing is sent to a marketplace and no real money moves during this step.
- You connect your marketplaces. Approvals belong to you and the marketplace, and they take time, so start early. See Marketplace approvals and timelines.
- Go-live. We move your store to its permanent home, issue your licence, switch on real payments and place one real test order with you.
- You settle in. Your first week shows what to do day by day.
What we do, and what you do
We install Stallrow, set up your pilot, bring in your product list, brand your storefront, register our side of each marketplace connection, issue your licence and answer your questions.
You open and own your marketplace and payment accounts, accept their terms, supply photos and policies, choose what to sell and at what price, and tap Approve where a marketplace asks you to.
We cannot open or approve marketplace accounts for you. Each marketplace decides for itself.
Getting help
You are never on your own. Read How to ask for help to see what to include in your message. We reply by email, and your agreement sets out what to expect.
If a word is new to you, the Glossary explains it.
