Getting started 2: Activate

If you bought a licence

1. Find the licence key in your purchase email.
2. In Pop Books open the licence screen.
3. Paste the key and choose Activate.

One seat is one person, who can use Pop Books on up to two of their own computers, Mac or Windows. If you try a third, the app tells you and gives you an Add a seat link. Your books are never touched. You can sign the licence out on a computer you no longer use.

If you are trying it

• Pop Books Free: no key and no time limit. One person, one company, up to 40 sales documents a month. Over the limit you can still read, export and finish what you started.
• 14-day trial: everything switched on. After 14 days the app becomes read-only until you buy. Nothing is deleted.

Updates

Your licence includes 12 months of updates. Renewing is optional. If you do not renew, the app keeps working for ever on the last version your plan covered.

Offline

Pop Books works without internet. It checks the licence now and then.
