Open a repair order and choose Order work. The page holds the extra work a repair or collision order needs. Each panel changes the order total straight away and the page shows the new subtotal, tax and total.
Sublet work #
- Under Sublet work, type what the work is, choose the vendor, and type what the vendor charges you.
- Type a Markup percent. The price to the customer is your cost plus that percent. For example, 200.00 cost with 20 percent markup is 240.00.
- Choose Add. The table shows cost, price and margin for each sublet line, with the vendor's invoice reference if you typed one.
Paint and materials #
- Under Paint and materials, type the paint code, colour name, brand, litres mixed and the cost.
- Choose Add. Each entry stays on the order as a record of what was mixed.
- The paint materials you charge the customer come from a fee rule that works per paint hour. See the fees article.

Labour time guide #
