The What you run step decides which parts of Dispatch appear for your business. You choose from Towing and roadside, Repair and collision, and Taxi and livery. Only the modules in your plan can be chosen.
Before you start #
Have your licence step finished, so the page knows which modules your plan includes.
Steps #
- Read "What do you run?" and the line under it.
- Tick Towing and roadside if you run tow trucks or roadside work.
- Tick Repair and collision if you run a repair shop or a collision shop.
- Tick Taxi and livery if you run taxis or livery vehicles.
- A module marked Needs a bigger plan cannot be ticked on your current plan.
- Read the note about rate sheets, storage fees and fare tables. This version has no ready-made ones, so none are offered here. You add your own in the Mac app after setup.
- Select Save and continue. The choice is saved as your modules.
Technical details
- The choice is saved in business settings under the key "modules".
- The list of modules comes from the plan on your licence. See the licence step for the plan name.
- This version ships no rate sheets, storage fees or fare tables.
If something goes wrong #
- A module shows Needs a bigger plan. Your plan does not include it. Contact your supplier about the plan.
- You cannot find a rate sheet or a fare table. This version ships none. Add yours in the Mac app after setup.
