The yard record shows everything Dispatch holds about one vehicle on your lot. You will be able to read how far the lien countdown has run and which notices went out.
Before you start #
You need the dispatcher, advisor, manager or owner role. Open the Yard list and choose a vehicle.
Steps #
- Read the Lien countdown card. A badge shows On track, Due soon or Overdue, with the days left to the owner notice or the earliest sale and the date. A bar shows progress through the waiting period.
- Read the dates under it: Intake day, Owner notice due, Owner notice sent and Earliest sale date.
- Read the rule set line. A sample rule set carries a reminder to check the rules for your area before you rely on a date.
- Read the details: Plate, VIN, Colour, Slot, In, Days, Storage charge, Lien stage, Hold and Owner.
- Read Intake notes when they exist.
- Read the Notices table: Kind, Sent on and Notes. It says "No notices logged." when none exist.
- Choose Back to the yard to return to the list.
When no countdown runs, the card says "No clock running".

- The page shows an error: the record may have been removed. Return to the Yard list.
